Hello there! The face feels a little disconnected from the body because the distance between the trapezius and the side the head is tilting toward should be smaller. Since the head is leaning in that direction, the neck compresses on that side. On top of that, I think the hair is a bit too voluminous, which makes the character feel slightly disproportionate. I adjusted the volume of the hair to better match the proportions of the head. Also, keep in mind how the headband (or whatever the character is wearing on their head) wraps around the head. It shouldn't be drawn as a flat object that ignores the form and perspective of the head. Notice in my example how I adjusted its shape so it follows the curvature of the head more naturally.
