Hi there! Honestly this was already so cute, I think you could leave it as is, but I added in a few small details to make it a bit more cuter still! I think highlighting that she has rounder cheeks would help show the smile, and I did this in 3 ways without actually drawing the cheeks. First I drew the blush shorter, higher up and tilted as if it is sitting "on top" of the cheek giving the illusion of volume. Secondly, I added in some corners to her mouth so it indicates they are pulling into the face, and lastly I added little smile lines on the lower lash line, showing that because of this smile, the cheeks are now pushing agains the eyes as well. The only other thing I did was add a sparkle in her eyes, because I felt like this portrait didn't need much at all, so I tried to keep the changes minimal c: I really hope this all makes sense and it helps you out!
