First of all, your lines are beautifully smooth. This is a lovely portrait. The main thing I would do is thicken the parts where there is a strong overlap (red). For example, the piece of hair that overlaps the ear, where the neck overlaps the shoulders. and where the hair meets the forehead. Adding thicker lines to what is in front will make them feel closer. The blue line I consider more of a stylistic choice because if you make it too thick, it may make the portrait lean cartoony or like a sticker, but personally I think a little thicker border will make it pop.
