Hey, start by thinking of the hair as a simplified shape. And then do the following: - identify where there would be visible splits in layers, e.g. between front parts and parts visible that sit in the back - break up the simplified shape with strands It's important to note that that you should not try to draw too many small bits or even singular pieces of hair. It'll always look off. Hair will naturally group up into strands, so draw strands. As in all things design, the design gets more interesting if we use a mix of small, medium and larger shapes, instead of all small or all large. You might also think of a general point or line of origin from which the hair generally flows away, that tends to make it more believable. o/ | Artwod Feedback
