Hello Nelybi, I'll start by saying that the head construction is really good, looks solid, I might have changed the proportions but that's to your liking. That said, I'll suggest you use a bigger brush when trying to paint, what you attempted here can be done, but it requires much more understunding of values and form (check Jens Claessens's sketches for example) Other than that, it needed a better value structure (light and shadow families being more differentiated) which also means a much higher contrast. Also, the pupil is always located in the middle of the iris, If you want to make a character look in a particular direction, you should move both pupil and iris as if the eyeball was rotating, not just the pupil.
