Hi! Nice job on hair shading. I think the issue is that we have big part of the top of his head which would suggest that we look from above while his chin and nose are drawn as if we would look from below. Ear should roughly align with tip of the nose and upper lid. I would also highly suggest to not draw out upper lip in such style unless you are going for a specific expression.
