Hello! I'm a huge fan of WHA too so the moment I saw this piece I knew I had to make sure to get you some feedback! Antonio and I both took at look at it and we both agree that this background is gorgeous, and actually wouldn't change it. If anything, the focus is also on the character, so it is supporting the image perfectly. I think I would have loved to see what is just to the right of the character though. It seems like there would be some kind of action happening just outside of the frame at the moment, so extending the frame on the right would be perfect. That way the leading lines you create with the magical swish and their arms also goes towards something. Other than that I focussed on painting in a few softer edges as well, or even if you wanted to stick to cel shading, trying to make the shape of the shadow follow the form a bit more so you create depth would be good (as I did in the folds & overlaps on the cape here). That being said, I think this is just a beautiful piece, so keep up the good work (and get excited about season 2)!! c: | Artwod Feedback
